Pilates uses small repetitive movements to build and tone muscles, while yoga requires you to hold a pose for extended periods of time.

Pilates is perfectly safe to practice throughout your pregnancy. Our instructors will modify exercises around your growing baby.

Unless otherwise advised by your health professional, Pilates is the preferred way to recover from various injuries (particularly joint and spinal injuries) due to its low-impact workouts.

You need to wear comfortable clothes and bring a towel with.  During Covid19, you must also wear a mask until you are on your mat.

No, the classes are small, so we cater for everybody in each class. The beauty of Pilates is that all exercises can be modified to make them harder/easier. So, we have beginners, intermediate, advanced, pregnant all in one class and it is working great!
